Cancellation, Damage and Loss Policy

STANDARD RATE:

Cancellations made up to 15 DAYS after your arrival will not incur any charge.
Cancellations made less than 15 DAYS of your arrival will entail a 50% charge of the total of your reservation against the credit/debit card used as guarantee of the reservation.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE:

Offers an additional discount, but does not allow cancellations.

NO SHOW POLICY:

They will entail a 100% charge of the total of your reservation against the credit/debit card used to guarantee the reservation.

DAMAGE OR LOSS POLICY:

A deposit of one additional night is made, which will be returned at the time of check out, to cover possible damage or theft of towels.
Losing or forgetting to return the Pedreira apartments card costs €15.
Losing keys to the Mariscal and Alameda apartments carries an additional cost of between €120-€200.
