The Pedreira Studio is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated and decorated historic house in the historic centre of Pontevedra, in a quiet area. Late check in is available thanks to the virtual key entry system.

The flat can be booked for one or two people.
It has one bedroom with a double bed.
Check in/out
Check-in will take place from 16:00, although you can request an early check-in if there is availability, free of charge. It will be necessary to present a valid ID document.
Check out will take place until 12:00; it can only be delayed in case of availability upon prior consultation and with an additional cost of 10€/h.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the booking:
No smoking.
No parties/events are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests should limit noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 09:00 hrs.
