The Pedreira Apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated and decorated historic house in the historic centre of Pontevedra, in a quiet area. Late check in is available thanks to the virtual key entry system.

Access upon reservation
The flat has two rooms with double beds. When you confirm your booking, you must specify which room you are going to use and how many people will stay in each room.
The price will vary according to the choices you have made. Therefore, access to the rooms that have not been booked will remain locked.
Check in/out
Check-in will take place from 16:00, although you can request an early check-in if there is availability, free of charge. It will be necessary to present a valid ID document.
Check out will take place until 12:00; it can only be delayed in case of availability upon prior consultation and with an additional cost of 10€/h.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the booking:
No smoking.
No parties/events are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests should limit noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 09:00 hrs.

Among its nearby attractions we invite you to visit the permanent and temporary exhibitions of the Museum of Pontevedra, located just opposite, you can also buy the best produce in the food market and sit down to enjoy it in the gastronomic space on the top floor, or have a drink in any of the nearby squares in the old town. Furthermore, you are only 1 minute away from the river, 5 metres away from the technical centre (for the more sporty) or the sports pavilion.
